ingredients : 

• 2-tailed catfish are large, cut into three pieces
• 200 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
• 500 ml coconut milk diluted
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 cm lemongrass crushed
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3 tablespoons oil for frying
• salt to taste
  
  
  Ground spices:
  
  
• onion 8 cloves
• 5 cloves garlic
• turmeric 3 cm, burned
• hazelnut, 4 cloves roasted
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• ginger 2 cm

How to make curry catfish:

1.  Sprinkle catfish that has been cut up with half a teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt. let stand 10 minutes and set aside.

2.  Heat the oil in a skillet. saute ground spices, bay leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant. Pour a thin coconut milk, salt and sugar. Cook until boiling sampil stirring occasionally.

3.  After boiling input catfish. Cook until done. Put thin coconut milk. cook back to the boil.

Stew catfish ready to be served, can be added with a slice of tomato and celery leaves as vegetables or according to taste.

5.  This dish is suitable for dining with family at home. This recipe can eat for 6 porsi.Bisa be enjoyed for breakfast or for dinner with family. It is suitable in serve for the event - a big event.
