ingridients (soaked):
- 2 tails @ 250 grams of red snapper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
seasoning:
- 1200 ml of water
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 1 cm ginger, crushed
- 1 cm galangal, crushed
- 3-orange leaves, torn
- 1 pandan leaves, torn
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 20 pieces of red chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 handful basil leaves, take leaves
- 3 red chilies, sliced oblique
- 5 pieces of red onion, sliced,
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 green tomatoes, cut into pieces
How to make:
1. Clean the red snapper, cut it in two coat of red snapper with lemon juice and salt, let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Boil the water, enter the lemongrass, ginger, galangal, lime leaves, pandan leaves, salt and pepper, and cook until boiling.
3. Insert the red snapper, red onion, garlic, red chili, cook until soft fish.
4. Insert the lime juice, basil and red chili sauce, stir, and cook briefly, remove.
5. Serve warm.
